Managing Partner | Acquisitions
Lucian LaTourelle leads acquisitions at New Paradigm Capital and at Venus Capital Partners, a private equity firm with over $100 million in assets under management and a portfolio spanning multiple markets and asset classes. He manages transactions end to end, from sourcing and underwriting through lender coordination and close.
As a certified general appraiser, Lucian appraises Class A trophy commercial real estate assets throughout the U.S and Brazil and has extensive experience in the valuation of numerous property types, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use & vacant land assets, for financial reporting, asset management, portfolio monitoring, and loan monitoring purposes for a wide range of clients including real estate investment trusts, national and regional financial institutions, pension funds and pension fund advisors.
Leveraging a deep understanding of what drives asset values, Lucian evaluates potential investment opportunities for investors, implementing a data-driven approach backed by verifiable empirical evidence, intimate market knowledge, historical performance and forward-looking forecasts to mitigate risks and assist in the development of strategic operating plans.
