In the realm of commercial real estate investment, he spearheads portfolio expansion with a private equity firm owning over $50 million AUM. Lucian is also an active participant in business mergers and acquisitions, working alongside a world class board with a combined 150 years and over $300 million in deal making experience. Lucian’s entrepreneurial drive is grounded in solid investment background and analytical expertise. 

As a certified general appraiser, Lucian appraises Class A trophy commercial real estate assets throughout the U.S and Brazil and has extensive experience in the valuation of numerous property types, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use & vacant land assets, for financial reporting, asset management, portfolio monitoring, and loan monitoring purposes for a wide range of clients including real estate investment trusts, national and regional financial institutions, pension funds and pension fund advisors.
